I can totally understand why your upset - if people within your own family have been affected by such an awful condition, its bound to upset you when you hear of other people... I hope you feel better soon!

I've had six goldfish, five dogs, my gran (dad's side), and my grandad (mum's side, I never knew my dad's dad) all die during my little life and with the exception of the first of those five dogs, the mother of the other four, I've hardly reacted to a death, though considering I was about seven when she died and she used to follow me and was just a great dog, I guess I had to react to that Shrug

Maybe there's something wrong with me, but that's meaningless to me. All I know is I rarely react to a death apart from Lady (the first one, yes there's two) Sad

I think you might have been in shock.
And you had lots of things like RAM and stuff to distract you. Which is good. You don't wanna focus on the negative things. It's harder to be sad when you have things to take your mind off things
