I do. at home when I'm outside I channel hop between radio 1 (the lesser of the 3), Invicta FM (the main Kent commercial station) and KMFM (a lot more local. with 6 regional stations in Kent (I can pick up all 3 East Kent ones from my house, it's more geared to classic songs which is why I picked it up).

I’m going to say BBC Radio 1 as the only thing I listen to on the radio is their rock show and the punk show.

The rock show is on Monday night at twelve o’clock and the punk show followed that at two o’clock or alternatively you can listen to it on the Radio One website.

It’s hit or miss really because some weeks it can be really good and some weeks just awful. They have the tracklistings on the site and there’s the last one - http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/rockshow/
