We now have a 'warning bar' in place, which ranges from 0-100. If you happen to break any of the rules, then you may receive a level of warning deemed appropiate for your offence. This will continue until the member reaches a warning level of 100, which obviously results in banning.
Hopefully we'll never have to use the warning bar system, but I just thought I'll give you a little bit of information on it.
