What Book...

It's a good story but I don't like the sentence structure/way it's written.

What's the structure like?

Currently reading Sunwell trilogy dragon hunt, love the artwork contained in it and such and it's probally the only reason i got it to be honest.

The sentence structure does my head in tbh.

I know it's set out like a diary but does anyone refer to themself in the 3rd person in their diary? And how did they know what the other characters were thinking.

Also the sentences (unless it's speech) are really short and non descript and miss out words/written in "short hand"
