Festival-Themed Smileys

The Halloween smileys are up!
I know it's a lil early, but I wanted to get that out the way, and it's not like the skin's actually up yet or anything
To access them in 'Quick reply', they're there after all the other smileys. To access them in 'Post Reply' there's a dropdown menu above the smileys, click on "Hallow'n Smileys" and they're all there!
Oh, and sorry to Henry about them being pumpkins! (But they were the best looking ones I could find, there were no other really good alternatives)

No I think they're reserved for the biggest things that are global. or they'd devalue the concept if we had a set every other week
