Can't remember what it's called Tounge Out

But last night there was this new show and this guy is attempting to re-create famous meals and feasts. In last night's first ep, he re-created Alice In Wonderland's Victorian feast. It was fascinating how he made that potion at the start with 5 diff flavours and then the absinthe jelly...
