Tomorrow I start the first day of my first ever job! Excited/Very Happy

(Helping out disabled kids with IT)
Anyone else have a job?

In the summer holidays I always do a job. This year I work at the Finance Department. I've got to book, controle invoices,... They let me do lots of stuff. It's quite fun to be honest. And I just need the money.

I hope you survived your very first day at work!

Well I live somewhere so remote that I can't actually get a job because its often just me around and without being able to drive (which was on the cards this summer, but my sister had another one of her 'moments' and damaged the cars we needed to practice in.

I managed to secure a job at Starbucks for Saturdays when I'm not in school Happy

I was very happy with how it all went! I was shocked it was so quick o_O

(It's my first job - I never even had a paper round XD)

I'm not doing a a paper round though.

^ That was my thing - I wouldn't do a paper round, so I just had to wait until I was 16... It's not that long though Wink

Go babysitting? I do that a lot and to be honest I earn lots of money with it. It's not a really job though but it's perfect for your age I think.

I've had quite a lot of jobs already. But I'm getting very tired of them very easy. I really don't know to survive when I have to do my whole life just one thing.

The coolest job I once had is making Pizza's on festivals :d it's so well payed and you see/hear lots of bands playing while working :d

I don't have a job atm and never have had one *feels lazy* lol but I'm on a course at my college about employment etc it teaches you about the workplace etc and helps you get a job. I'm looking at officey jobs atm.

I did work experience with a local newspaper (coz I'm into writing. They at my college think "novelist" isn't "realistic" so stuck me under "journalism" rather than "writing") and can you say BOOOOOOOOORING
