Now, back on topic, I'm over half way through "Single" and I can't wait to finish it afterwards I plan to read the rest of my "Mammoth Book Of Vampire Romance Stories" which is great for near Halloween :D It's 25 short stories in one book I've read about 4 so need to get through the other 21 hehe

Reminds me of those Goosebumps "Shorts" IIRC

I don't remember them ones though I do remember the Goosebumps books (have some lying around somewhere) and tv series hehe.

Oh more faults with Sarah Singleton's book, "methinks" is a cutesy alternative to "I think" but not when it's over-used (ie. EVERY time you think something) and there was something else I noticed when I was reading it earlier but I forget now but when I next read it and see it again (one of those things that keep cropping up) I'll remember to remember it lol

I loved Goosebumps book! I had a stack of them in my room, but they got moved into that attic recently

I only had one goosebumps book and it was a choose your own adventure type one, uhh think it was to do with a mummy or something hehe.. on a simillar note i watched the tv show too *shrug* they never really scared me, only thing that got me close to that was the living dummy now that's scary :F

I have The Ghost Next Door and The Mummy in Goosebumps series hehe I used to have more, though.
I prefered the Shivers series.

Anyhoo I finished Single.... I remember what irritated me about it. Constant re-caps. YES I KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING. I CAN FOLLOW A STORY I DONT NEED TELLING WHATS HAPPENING >-<

Oh well, I'll be happy if I don't have to re-read it again anytime soon, tbh.
Talk about torture

Anyways I'm now reading Gossip by Katy Hayes. I only started this afternoon and am only on Chapter 5 so I can't say I have much of an opinion yet as I'm not even half way into it but I like the story so far and I like the characters names, they are interesting (Colm, Cordelia, Phaedra....)

I got a book today called "The Earth, My Butt and Other Big Things" lol

Idk what it's about. It seems to be like Sarah Singleton's "Last Year Of Being Single" in that it's in diary format. Kinda like Bridget Jones as a teenager, I guess.

I haven't read it yet but am going to (and I'm still reading Gossip so I have 2 books on the go atm. Oh and I still haven't finished that vampire one. Must get round to that. So yeh. 3 books for me atm)

Started it yesterday and I'm already over half way through, can't put it down.

It starts off quite easy-reading, fluffy regular teen novel stuff then the storyline gets really dark...

Finished it a couple of days ago it was awesome.

I bought 2 books yesterday one called Busy Woman Seeks Wife (which Max tried to read on the train but he got bored with it. Found it amusing that his name was on the first page, though )

and one called A WAG Abroad. I'm gonna start reading that one today.

I also have a tonne of magazines I promised myself no more books til I get through the mags but I can't help it.

I've also just finished one called Growing Up Again
That was good but near the ending confused me.
Anyway it was about a 40 year old woman who wakes up one day and realises she's 15 again lol

I'm now just starting "I Never Fancied Him Anyway" (Max will probs be pleased I'm reading a book with that title No no it's not a self-help book it's about a psychic who meets her like perfect guy and then as she's psychic she's surprised she didn't see it coming. Or something lol I'm not that far into it yet.)

Exactly! I should be getting some of the Demonata series by Darren Shan for christmas I can't wait, those books are brilliant!!!

I discovered I do have some interesting books lying around that I haven't read yet, but their not mine, I'm borrowing them from a friend

I'm currently reading a point horror book called Funhouse by Diane Hoh. It's really good. :D
